The solemn inauguration of the XXXI Congress of the HISPANO-LUSO-AMERICAN INSTITUTE OF INTERNATIONAL LAW took place on Monday 24 October 2022 in the premises of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The event was presided over by the Deputy Minister, Ms. Ximena Fuentes. She was joined at the table by the Rector of the Central University of Chile, Mr. Santiago González, the Secretary General of IHLADI, Mr. Sixto Sánchez, and the President of IHLADI, Mr. Pablo Antonio Fernández Sánchez, who at the end of the event handed over the presidency to Dr. Hugo Llanos Mansilla.
