ADRIANA DREYZIN DE KLOR PRESENTS THE BASIS OF THE IHLADI MODEL CONVENTION ON RECOGNITION OF FOREIGN DECISIONS

During the morning of 27 October, Dr. Adriana Dreyzin de Klor defended the draft Model Bilateral Convention for the mutual recognition and enforcement of judgments, settlements and public documents between States of the Spanish-Luso-American Community drafted by the IHLADI Commission on International Legal Cooperation. With minor modifications, the Draft Convention was approved by the Congress participants.
