Dr. Ernesto Rey Caro, a prominent member of the IHLADI and Professor of Public International Law and later Professor Emeritus of the National University of Cordoba, passed away on Friday 16 August in Cordoba (Argentina). Master of internationalists and author of an outstanding scientific work, he was a member of the Permanent Court of Arbitration in The Hague and of numerous other institutions, and his work merited multiple distinctions and international recognition. RIP
