Wladimir Augusto Correia Brito, an associate member of the IHLADI, has passed away.

On 8 April, at the age of 77, Dr Correia Brito, Professor of International Law at the University of Minho and associate member of IHLADI, passed away. In addition to his distinguished academic and diplomatic career, Dr Correia Brito was one of the architects of the Cape Verdean Constitution and a decorated champion of democracy in Portugal. May he rest in peace
