Manuel Augusto Ferrer, Professor of Maritime, Aeronautical and Space Law at the University of Cordoba (Argentina) and member of IHLADI passed away on 4 February at the age of 91. An academic and entrepreneur, he was noted for his contributions to space law. RIP
