On 13 and 14 November 2025, the auditorium of the Faculty of Law at the University of Seville hosted the intensive sessions of the Congress, which were attended by more than forty speakers distributed across seven different panels. These sessions gave rise to rich debates on the different challenges and issues raised by space governance from a legal, political, technological and economic point of view. A large number of prominent members and associates of IHLADI contributed to the success of the Congress with their presentations and participation. The Congress was organised in conjunction with IEAL, the UNED Associated Centre in Campo de Gibraltar and the Latin American Network of International Law Journals, in whose periodicals and monographic publications the presentations will be published in the near future.
