María Teresa Infante Caffi, member of the IHLADI and Ambassador of Chile to the Netherlands, has been appointed member of the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea in Hamburg. Dr. Infante Caffi is author of a significant scientific work. She carried out postgraduate studies at the Institut de hautes études internationales et du développement in Geneva. She is a professor at the University of Chile and has collaborated as a teacher with universities of international prestige. She has also combined her research activity with high institutional responsibilities in the field of international law, in particular at the service of the Chilean Government.
