The Consular Corps in the Dominican Republic, which today is presided over by Clara Reid de Frankenberg, in her capacity as Dean, paid tribute to Ambassador Manuel Morales Lama at the end of his term as Rector of the Institute of Higher Education in Diplomatic and Consular Training (INESDYC). Thanks to the work of the Ambassador, a member of IHLADI and the president in office during two years after the Santo Domingo Congress, an agreement was signed between IHLADI and INESDYC in 2018 that has been bearing good fruit and we hope to continue to do so in the future.
