Dr. Carlos Jiménez Piernas, Professor of International Law at the University of Alcalá de Henares and member of the IHLADI, has recently been appointed Head of the Legal Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation of the Kingdom of Spain. He replaces the professor of Salamanca, José Martín y Pérez de Nanclares, who will honor us by attending the XXX Congress of the IHLADI as an observer.
